About our accomodation

MadeiraRooms is located 10 minutes walk from the city center of Fuchal (300mt), and 15 minutes walk from the beach. The workers' market (Mercado dos Lavradores) is only 10 minutes away. The old area is only a 15 minute walk away. Shops, restaurants, bars are less than 5 minutes away on foot.

The 8 non-smoking, double and single rooms, some with balconies, are equipped with private bathroom with shower, wi-fi internet, flat screen TV, coffee and tea set, refrigerator and kitchen sink. Small terrace for relaxation area. We are very careful about cleanliness.

Ideal option if you are seeking something that is located centrally and does not cost a great deal. The shower was especially good - hot water and high pressure!

Great stay in central Funchal

Great location and a lovely old Madeiran building. Exceptionally clean everywhere. Even though I had a single room I found it spacious and comfortable (it also had it's own balcony)! I was in room 2 and at the bottom of the stairs from my room it had a lovely enclosed terrace on the first floor, ideal for a nightcap. The waterfall style shower was also great, good water pressure and is easy to get the temperature control right. There's an old winery that does tastings about a 2 minute walk away (H M Borges) and it was a 10 minute walk to where the market Street begins (about a 13 minute walk to the market itself) Everything was great, nothing to complain about.

It was really great.

For youg people the best place to stay because is in the city and everything was close. You know what you get from the instruction. We spoke with Francesco just few words but he is really nice guy. I will come back for shure!

Very nice place, located in centre of Funchal ❤️ So you have everything close…sea, bus, restaurants! BEST STUFF EVER! 😍 Very friendly and always helpfull and cleaning is every day. Good prize. Hope we came back. Visit them for sure👌🏾 😊
